Prior to applying, please reach out to through our online contact form or via our contact information at the bottom of this page to confirm the availability of one of our featured vacant units. To begin the application process for a vacant unit we ask that a 20 dollar application fee be submitted. This fee will be credited towards your deposit upon acceptance of the application.
Alternatively, you can fill out our paper application and mail it in with your deposit.
If the vacancy is no longer available this fee will be refunded.
After receiving confirmation of the vacancy from our staff, please choose the “Pay Fee” button below, select the “Checkout” button to finish, and you will be redirected to our online application page.
