- Utilities included with all units include: heat, instant hot water, snow and trash removal, and off-street parking. Some units have washer & dryer hook-ups for your convenience.

This historic building is just steps from the Co-Op, Laundromat, Public Library, Belfast Harbor, shops, galleries, restaurants, and all the town has to offer: you won’t find a more conveniently located apartment rental anywhere on the Midcoast.We have additional properties in the Belfast area, as well as Old Town.
